Cancellation Policy
Pretty Girl Esthetics Co. Policies
Please read the following policies carefully:
•NO MAKEUP PRIOR AND DURING APPOINTMENT ESPECIALLY MASCARA! you will be asked to reschedule if mascara is applied and left on prior to showing up for your appointment. I will prep your eyes and the more relaxed the better so it’s advised to NOT drink caffeine or coffee before appointment as our eyes can be a little jittery or jumpy during the process. Better results and faster time if you’re feeling relaxed and calm.
•Cancellation Notice: A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If adequate notice is not provided, a 15% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged, unless it is an emergency or we have discussed otherwise.
•No-Call / No-Show: Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be charged a 30% fee before future bookings.
•Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
•Hours & After-Hours Appointments: I will no longer be accepting appointments after 5pm Monday–Thursday. If you need an appointment after 5pm on those days, a $45 after-hours fee will apply.
•If you need a 5pm appointment, you may book on Friday or Saturday with no extra charge.
•I truly value my clients, and I hold myself to the same standards outlined in this policy.
